Surrounded by a massive mob of fans and paparazzi, Miss Hilton put on her best smile and fought her way from her car to the entrance with the help of a security detail.
Yesterday Paris was spotted arriving at London’s Heathrow International Airport, just a day after she promoted her new scrapbooking line of accessories at the Anaheim Craft Show.
